Peer Coaching workshop - Leadership belongs to everybody
Leadership is changing and it is becoming increasingly important. We are talking about moving towards self-directiveness and self-organizing, TEAL-organisations and work places without managers. Leading is too important to be the sole responsibility of managers. Shifting from vertical top down to horizontal leadership becomes a pre-condition for success.
Peer coaching is a powerful practice through which this development is possible.
Aims of the workshop:
This workshop is held Humap's Henlsinki office at Bulevardi 6 A 14. The event will be in English.
